OMNICHROMA Case Contest: Terms and Conditions 
  1. Introduction Welcome to the Tokuyama Dental America’s Instagram Contest (the "OMNICHROMA Case Contest"). By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
  2. Eligibility The Contest is open to licensed dentists who are legal residents of the United States and Canada and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Tokuyama Dental America and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 
  3. Contest Period The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM PST and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the "Contest Period"). Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter:
    • Follow Tokuyama Dental America on Instagram (@tokuyamadental) and tag us in your post.
    • Post case images of your restorative work using any of the three OMNICHROMA products (OMNICHROMA, OMNICHROMA Flow, or OMNICHROMA Flow BULK) on Instagram, noting which product was used in the submitted case. Each submission must include at least one before and one after photo.
    • Use the hashtag #omnicontest26 upon posting the image.
    • Images must be high resolution and a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch).
  5.  Entry Requirements:
    • Entries must be original and not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any third party.
    • Entries must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or defamatory content.
    • Patient consent must be submitted within two weeks upon being selected in writing to Tokuyama Dental America.
  6.  Winner Selection Winners will be selected based on the following criteria: technique, image quality, and shade matching, judged by Tokuyama Dental America. The decision of Tokuyama Dental America is final and binding. 
  7. Prize The winner will receive an editorial opportunity in a major dental publication, of which the publication is to be determined by Tokuyama Dental America. It will be published in print no later than December of 2026. The prize will be awarded to 1 winner. The runner-up prize will be a $250 cash award with an opportunity to be featured in an upcoming Tokuyama Dental America LookBook. The prize will be awarded up to 2 winners. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein.
  8. Notification Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 20 days of the Contest end date. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Winners will be announced on social media once they’ve been notified and confirmed.
  9. License and Copyright By entering the Contest, you:
    • Grant Tokuyama Dental America a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your entry, including any content associated with it, for promotional and marketing purposes of the Contest on social media.
    • Guarantee patient consent will be submitted within two weeks upon being selected in writing to Tokuyama Dental America.
    • Represent and warrant that your entry does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  10. Publicity By entering the Contest, you consent to the use of your name, Instagram handle, and entry for promotional purposes of the Contest by Tokuyama Dental America without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  11. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Tokuyama Dental America, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
  12. General Conditions
    • Tokuyama Dental America reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    • Tokuyama Dental America reserves the right to cancel the Contest if fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the Contest.
    • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may be punishable by law.
  13. Disclaimer This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn. By participating, you release Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn from any and all liability related to the Contest.
  14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
